Using our classic antique G.W.Barth roaster, with some modern modifications, we small-batch roast hand selected speciality coffee beans from a number of origins.

Each batch is cupped for quality assurance twice weekly, once on roast, and once when the bean has settled. We develop precise roast profiles that allow exact replication of roasts. Our beans are roasted to order and delivered weekly.
